Article 3 – Identity of the data controller

The data controller is the company French Riviera Parties SASU, having its registered office at the address identified in the legal notice of the website.

Article 4 – Purpose of the Data collected

The Data identified as mandatory on the Service’s forms are necessary in order to be able to benefit from the corresponding functionalities of the Service, and more specifically from the operations on the contents proposed within it.

The Service may collect and process the Data of its Users:

For the purpose of providing you with the information or services to which you have subscribed, in particular: sending newsletters, commercial offers.
For the purpose of collecting information allowing us to improve our Service, our products and features (in particular through the use of cookies).

If you make a reservation, French Riviera Parties will share the following information about you with the host: your first and last name, if requested by the host, and a link to your French Riviera Parties account, all of which is necessary to fulfill the contract between the two parties. Once the booking is confirmed, we will share your phone number with the organizer.The provider uses the data for the creation of the contract and its conclusion, under its sole responsibility and according to its own RGPD conditions which we are not responsible for. The identity of the respective provider is revealed on the booking dialogue.

Article 5 – Recipients and use of the collected Data

The Data collected by us are processed for the purpose of carrying out the operations on the contents of the Service.

You are likely to receive electronic mails from our Service, in particular within the framework of newsletters that you have accepted. You can ask to stop receiving these e-mails by contacting us using the contact details shown in Article 14 or by clicking on the link provided for this purpose in each e-mail sent to you.

Only French Riviera Parties is the recipient of your Personal Information. This information is never transmitted to a third party without your prior consent, notwithstanding the subcontractors used by Eventeus.

Neither French Riviera Parties nor its subcontractors market the personal data of visitors and users of its Service.

Our employees and partners are obliged to maintain secrecy and comply with data protection regulations.

Your personal data may be shared with the parties listed below for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

We require all third parties to ensure the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. This includes suppliers of goods and services to Eventeus, who act on our behalf or at our direction, such suppliers will only have access to information that is strictly necessary to perform the functions requested. We do not allow our third party service providers to use your data without your consent.

Article 6 – Legal basis for data processing

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in particular Article 6, Eventeus only processes personal data in the following situations:

  • when there is a contractual obligation (a contract between French Riviera Parties and you), in particular when making a reservation which is a contract between the Advertiser and the Buyer; if this is not possible, French Riviera Parties will not be able to make a reservation contract with you.
  • to comply with a legal obligation with which we should comply (under EU or national legislation).
  • and where the processing is necessary for the purposes of French Riviera Parties’ legitimate interests (e.g. to detect fraud)

Article 7 – Data Security

You are informed that your Data may be disclosed pursuant to a law, regulation or decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority or, if necessary, for the purposes of preserving the Publisher’s rights and interests.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed or accessed without authorization. In addition, access to your personal data is subject to a defined and documented security procedure.

Our employees and all persons involved in the processing of personal data are obliged to comply with data protection laws and to keep it confidential.

The Data is stored at the Service’s host, whose contact details are given in the Service’s legal notice, and is kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to above and may not exceed 24 months beyond this commercial relationship.

Beyond this period, they will be kept exclusively for statistical purposes and will not be used in any way whatsoever.
